ERP Integration for a Global Logistics Firm

A global logistics firm operating across multiple regions had two separate operational systems feeding into a single finance system, with no reliable data flow between them. Manual entry was the only glue holding it together. We were brought in to design and deliver a cloud-native integration layer that would centralise data, remove manual processes, and scale to new regions as the business grows.

The Challenge

• Manual data entry across disconnected legacy systems
• Operational and finance records regularly falling out of sync
• Finance team working off unreliable, fragmented data
• No centralised view across regional operations

What We Built

We designed and delivered a cloud-native integration platform connecting two operational systems to a central finance system via custom API endpoints and webhooks. The architecture handles up to 3,000 transactions per day at peak, with full observability through centralised log analytics.

To support a reliable, repeatable release process, we developed a custom Bicep infrastructure-as-code pipeline with separate development, pre-production, and production environments. New regions and sectors can be onboarded and deployed consistently without manual environment setup.
